There are 2 living spaces and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has separate outside entrance and another entrance into the main house. There is also a sofa bed. There is a nice covered patio with a grill. Very spacious dining room with huge table open to TV room for large gatherings. Kitchen opens up to the living room and living room can open up to the dining/TV room. Every room has ceiling fan and all rooms have TV. Covered parking for 1 vehicle. No houses behind property.

Beautiful, secluded home in Frio Cielo Ranch, with access to the Dry Frio River (not dry), and located just 17 miles from Concan Texas and the Frio River. Close to Garner and Lost Maples. This wildlife haven and night-time star show is some of the best the State has to offer. Enjoy feeding deer off the 12-foot-wide wrap-around porch or hike along the river and look for arrowheads. Rustic cabin on over 10 acres with the wet weather Sabinal River (contact us for water levels if this is a concern) along the back surrounded by beautiful oak trees. Just a minute's drive to Utopia but also great proximity to Garner State Park and Lost Maples for great hiking, swimming, etc. Great location to enjoy all the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

Just 3.5 miles south of Lost Maples SNA, big tooth maples and live oaks surround the cottage, providing shade and privacy. (Our home is nearby.) Birding, dark skies close by. Across the road, our “beach” offers privacy and a natural view of the Sabinal River. Progressive owners, our mantra is "make yourselves at home!" In business since 1994, we are just real people accommodating real people. How does that sound? (Sorry, No TV. And, please, no pets.
