Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Enjoy our unique accommodation in a beautiful location with a fantastic view. You can enjoy the peace, the water and the view here. Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Dit huisje bevind zich aan de achterkant van een boerderij, midden in een natuur-en vogelgebied in Noord-Holland op 30 min afstand van Amsterdam. Dichtbij Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Hoorn en het strand bij Egmond aan Zee.

Winkels, restaurants, terrassen en het IJsselmeer op loopafstand. Amsterdam, Volendam en Marken op fiets afstand. Volledig ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser, oven/magnetron, koelkast, 4 pits inductie. Slaapkamer met een tweepersoons en een eenpersoons bed. Douche, toilet en wasbak, verwarming, wifi, televisie.

Er is een badkamer met wastafel, ligbad en douche cabine. tv - Wifi aanwezig. Parkeren kan op eigen afgesloten terrein en fietsen kunnen binnen staan.

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

De Praktijk

Een heerlijk luxe accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien, in het prachtige landelijke dorp Broek in Waterland. Op 20 minuten afstand van Amsterdam Centrum. Het is vijf minuten lopen naar de bus die rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam Centraal Station rijdt. Het is geheel privé met rondom terras en een mooie tuin voorzien van drie plekken om te zitten. Rondom omheind en afsluitbaar met een mooie poort. Het huis is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

In the oldest part of the famous fishing village Volendam, you’ll find this charming cottage. The oldest part was built in 1890. The 19th century styled living room gives a cozy (or as the Dutch say "gezellig") feel to your stay. There is WIFI in the cottage. The cottage is ideal for two people, but there is ample space for a third person (adult or 2 children when max. age of 6), to sleep in a typically Dutch 'bedstee' on the ground floor.
