This tiny home was lovingly designed by an artist during quarantine, and now you can step into her world! Enjoy the photo books, take a soak in the extra-deep tub, or gaze out the window up in the loft. This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Modern Oasis | Walk to Rainey St. | Balcony

Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of Austin from this cozy and modern back house nestled in historic East Austin. Just blocks away from downtown and famous Rainey Street, it offers easy access to attractions like the river trail, restaurants and nightlife. Step onto the front porch or relax on the upstairs balcony as you savor the surroundings. Inside, you'll find an updated kitchenette. The bedroom offers views and a lovely patio with a couch to enjoy the views and sunrise or sunset.

This is a trendy, comfortable and convenient guesthouse for spending a fun-filled getaway in East Austin. Our casita is walkable to many of Austin’s hottest spots, including the Moody Center: Austin’s largest music venue. Built in 2020, our guesthouse features a lofted queen-sized bed, a couch with a pull-out twin mattress, an elegant walk-in shower, smart TV, and small appliances including fridge-freezer, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker. Relax in style as you explore our fun city!

Cute yard with an outdoor dining area. Lounge in bed with the ultimate 'netflix and chill" projection screen that scrolls down with an easy press of a remote. Plus a full size bathroom with a super roomy shower (more than big enough for two). Close to UT, dining, bars, and great things ATX!

Experience true Austin life in our modern sun filled backyard guest suite. We designed our studio loft to be modern, comfy, and showcase our designs as well as those of other local artisans. It is nestled behind our home in north central Austin, in a quiet but urban neighborhood. Enjoy independent businesses within walking distance, or head out into the city with everything a quick 10-15 minute ride away. The guest suite has loads of amenities, its own private entry and outdoor garden!

Sweet South Austin Bungalow in Bouldin Creek

Cool private bungalow in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood of S. Austin. Open-plan house with tons of windows, a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The modern bathroom is flooded with natural light. Upstairs is an extra sleeping/hang-out space - a bit tight, but cozy - with a half bath. Sofa bed is downstairs, but in the cooler months, twin sofa bed option upstairs as well. Secluded side-yard deck or front porch allows guests to enjoy the outside in private.

Elegant gray tones, granite counter tops, and wood floors create a warm and stylish feel in this detached, modern apartment. Our alley flat was custom-built in 2017. It features high-end finishes and all the comforts of home. High-speed Internet, a Smart TV, and whole house audio provide entertainment when you need a break from enjoying the city. Please note - there are several construction projects in our changing neighborhood that may cause noise during the day.
