The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The seating lounge area is warm and cozy, and has awesome views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. The studio is located at a very quiet alley on “Blaeu Erf", nearby Dam Square, in the oldest part of Amsterdam City Centre. Located on the third floor, this apartment has a real cosy atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring.

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

A cozy place to stay in the centre of Amsterdam (5 minutes walk from the Central Station, 2 minutes from the Dam Square). And guess what? It is quiet. No trams and busses since it is a pedestrian area. The Bijenkorf department store the Dam Square with the Palace are just around the corner as well as the Metro and other public transportation. But if you walk around the area you are in the middle of the historical centre.
