De woonboot ligt in het Spaarne en op de grens van de stad Haarlem en de natuur. Je vaart of fietst in 15 minuten naar het centrum van Haarlem. En heb je zin in een wandeling, dan wandel je zo de deur uit en heerlijk door de Hekslootpolder. Voor kinderen staat er een grote trampoline in de tuin, daarnaast zijn er stepjes, skateborden, een zandbak, verschillende kano's en planken, die je mag pakken om het water op te gaan.
