South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. We previously rented the unit to long-term tenants, but we recently decided to refresh it and furnish it for our own use as well as occasional short-term rentals. It has a separate, private entrance through our fenced-in and nicely-landscaped backyard.
