The apartment also counts with a cable television connection, dvd player and dvds, wireless internet, roadmaps, picture albums and tourist information of Amsterdam and its surrounding. Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Garden view Studio in family home

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Our house is located in the old Eastern Docklands, famous for its modern architecture. From your room you have a wonderful view over the IJ, the historic waterfront from where 400 years ago ships set sail to Brooklyn NY, Capetown SA or Deshima Japan. There is a double bed for you and a separate couch to chill on. Outside there is a bench to enjoy your view even more! Very quiet at night, but only 15 bus minutes away from the centre! Breakfast is included and we don't charge cleaning cost.

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

Beautiful top floor room designed under architecture in a very modern houseboat with a large 35m2 terrace and a beautiful view over the water. The room is very light and suitable for two people. It has a double bed, sofa, private shower (cabine in the room), private toilet, airconditioning and a fridge. Enjoy the special area, living on the water and there is an easy and quick access by public transport to the inner city centre (5min walk to tram /13 min tram to central station).

Old pump station for 2 adults & 2 max 12 year olds

This building was part of the Amsterdam water purification plants in the 1970s. In 2006, two of the original pumping stations were preserved. Located just 15 minutes from the city centre, this hotel offers a balance between tranquillity and dynamism. A supermarket and lunchroom are within walking distance, ideal for a relaxing start to the day. This special accommodation is 21 metres long and perfect for a romantic stay for two or a family with children up to 12 years old.

Let op: de studio heeft hoge plafonds en je slaapt op een entresol zonder stahoogte bereikbaar via trap. Niet aanbevolen voor ouderen of mensen met beperkte mobiliteit. Deze accommodatie is uniek. Onze Beachcraft motorboot met douche ligt op een prachtige plek en is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avontuurlijke mensen en zakenreizigers. Op de boot is een buitendek aanwezig waar u heerlijk kunt ontspannen en genieten van het uitzicht. Binnen is er een kleine keuken, toilet en een bank. Voorin de boot bevindt zich de slaapcabine met een tweepersoonsbed geschikt voor 2 personen.

See the swans swimming by while you enjoy your coffee in a comfy chair with direct view of the water. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a seperate toilet. The terrace is about 35 square meters with sun the whole day.
