Nestled in private quiet garden behind main house. Off street parking and own entrance. Safe and friendly neighborhood of East Hill. Can walk to a bakery and pub. Between downtown Pensacola and airport. 15 minute drive to beaches. Wireless internet strong signal. T.V. with antenna. Amish "fireplace" heater. Kitchenette with medium refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, griddle designed to cook anything, and eating utensils. Grill on patio. Beach gear.

Welcome to the "Treehouse." Its a HEALING place. Everyone that comes here falls in love with the view. This oasis is smack dab in the middle of town. The beach is a short 15-20 min. drive. Located 9 minutes from downtown with amazing shops, dining and museums. Three large bedrooms, two baths with a relaxing soaker tub. Not to mention balconies off the master bedroom and living room. The forest behind here will give you that seclusion feel, along with turtles, fish, and incredible bird life.

Cozy Coleman - Beaches, Airport, & PCC Nearby

Welcome home to this 3 bdrm/1 bath family friendly unit with a spacious kitchen to prepare breakfast, a quick lunch or family dinner. The comfortable Queen and Full bedrooms have a Smart TV, and all bedrooms have sound machines for a good nights sleep. The living area has plenty of room to relax and enjoy a family movie or game night. The backyard is not accessible. We have an additional Camper available for rent in a privacy fenced area. Camper guests do not have access to the main home

Cozy Traveller's Cottage Close to Downtown

This cozy guest cottage has shiplap walls and a warm and inviting interior. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for 1 or 2 people. Located in Pensacola's eclectic East Hill neighborhood and close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. The cottage is best suited for guests over the age of 18 and is not equipped for small children. Please note for your comfort the standard weight capacity for the bedframe is approx 500 lbs. I have two sweet pups (Lily, Hildey) and an outdoor cat (Skipper-Doo).

It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.
