(WC et salle de bains séparée)Si souhait d'ouverture du canapé mettre 3 personnes dans la réservation ⚠️c'est au 3e étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Parking gratuit à 5 min à pied de la maison. ⚠️ pas de visiteurs autorisés la nuit

Spacious Studio with King Bed

Get comfortable and enjoy this spacious studio. The space is perfect for a couple, which a comfy king bed and en- suite bathroom. Close to Arts Loi metro and Madou station. Near Ambiorix Square, the Royal Park and to European Commission. The studio is at the bottom floor of our renovated 1800s house. The bottom floor used to be an ‘Librairie’ but now converted to a studio. Note that we provide a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge, but there is no actual kitchen for cooking in the studio.

Het appartement is zeer vlot bereikbaar met de trein en auto. Binnen is het aangenaam en stil, terwijl je geniet van het leuke uitzicht op Hal 5, het hippe centrum van Kessel-Lo. Op 5 min wandelen sta je in de Bondgenotenlaan, de hoofdstraat van Leuven. Ideaal voor een WE weg of voor een langer verblijf!

The private studio is located on the ground floor in my house. Nice terrace & garden are at your disposal as well. Just bring your luggage :-)
