Wij bieden ons gezellige woonhuis aan midden in het rustige vissersdorp Huizen. Huizen is centraal gelegen door water, hei en bos met uitvalswegen richting Amsterdam en Utrecht per auto (30min) en openbaar vervoer (45min). Het huis is stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief ruime badkamer, keuken, wasruimte, tuin en woonruimte. In overleg is er een extra slaapkamer te realiseren. Op steenworp afstand van het huis diverse winkels waaronder supermarkt, slager en restaurants.

We hebben een comfortabel en modern huis op de veemarkt in Utrecht. Perfect om Utrecht/Nederland te ontdekken. De bovenste twee verdiepingen zijn beschikbaar voor de verhuur. Wat kan je verwachten? Je deelt de voordeur en trappenhuis met ons gezin. Twee trappen omhoog en daar vind je twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met douche. Op de bovenste verdieping heb je een open keuken, woonkamer en prachtig dakterras tot je beschikking. Je kan je eigen ruimte afsluiten door middel van een schuifdeur.

Sand Appartment, bevindt zich op de gehele 1e verdieping van het woonhuis. Op 1 minuut van het Zuid strand, met goede restaurants. Lopend: centrum 5 minuten en treinstation 8 minuten. In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Mooie duinen en bossen met fiets- en wandelroutes bevinden zich in de directe omgeving. Uw host helpt u graag met nadere informatie.

Deze letterlijk midden in Nederland gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. In 30 minuten in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam of Utrecht. Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

Return back to enjoy a barbecue atmosphere with your friends in the garden or read your favorite book with the glass of champagne in a hot bathtub.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Wij heten je graag van harte welkom in ons fijne zomerhuisje. Centraal gelegen vlakbij de duinen, het strand en het gezellige centrum van Egmond aan Zee. Via je eigen ingang kom je in de knusse woonkamer met 3 zitsbank met hocker, eettafel met 4 stoelen, keuken en de badkamer. Boven is er een slaapruimte met wastafel, tweepersoonsbed (140 x 200) en een eenpersoonsbed (80 x 200). Ons huisje heeft een eigen terras met tafel en 4 stoelen en is voorzien van een zonnescherm.

You will find many personal details, objects and paintings that I collected over the years. I’m an interior designer and lighting specialist my house is a never ending project that I love to tweak and twist.
