Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

The typical Dutch apartment is located in a central, though increadably calm area of Amsterdam. A lively neighborhood, known for cozy artisan cafes, great restaurants, boutique shops and local markets. Bike rentals are around the corner, making you 15 minutes away from everything there is to see in Amsterdam. A water canal with an air of a green delta is right next, excellent for lovely walks, or a nice morning run. The house is cozy and the bed is comfy, just what you need. Enjoy Amsterdam!

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Our sunny and spacious place is the perfect place to start exploring Amsterdam as a couple or with a friend! Our home has everything you need for your stay. The apartment is located in a quiet street in the heart of the bubbly Amsterdam Oost. The Oosterpark many restaurants & bars and famous museums are around the corner. Enjoy the peaceful garden with bbq and soak up the sun on the small bench in front of the house. The bedroom is super quiet, with a large and comfortable bed (1.80m wide).

Our house is located in the old Eastern Docklands, famous for its modern architecture. From your room you have a wonderful view over the IJ, the historic waterfront from where 400 years ago ships set sail to Brooklyn NY, Capetown SA or Deshima Japan. There is a double bed for you and a separate couch to chill on. Outside there is a bench to enjoy your view even more! Very quiet at night, but only 15 bus minutes away from the centre! Breakfast is included and we don't charge cleaning cost.

A wonderful private Studio on the ground floor. It has a spacious, light room with a double bed, a sofa and a (work)table. It has a private frontdoor, an entrance/hallway and a private bathroom. Enjoy the sun on the bench in the front garden. My wife and I live next-door: the connecting door is locked to guarantee privacy. An intimate and quiet street in the lively Amsterdam East. Within walking distance lots of trendy restaurants, shops, museums, parks, subway station, Railwaystation.

Welcome to Morningstar! Located right in the heart of Amsterdam. We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeft men een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

Our cosy and comfortable home is situated in a characteristic building in the nicest neighbourhood of Amsterdam: Watergraafsmeer! Tons of hip restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, parks, markets, beautiful buildings, museums and even the Amsterdam zoo are just around the corner and the city center is only 10 min away by public transport or bike. The newly renovated apartment has everything you need, including a south-facing terrace with beautiful sunsets :)
