Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

Vila Ardito je novouređena vila s bazenom smještena uz još 3 vile u Dvor Pitve Villas u malom autohtonom selu Pitve. Prednosti lokacije su mir, prirodne ljepote i autentičnost, a sve to nedaleko od središta općine Jelsa, mora i plaža smještenih na sjevernoj i južnoj strani otoka Hvara. Osim atraktivne lokacije i novouređenih prostranih prostorija, Vila ima brojne sadržaje- roštilk, vrt, Starlink internet... Također nudimo transfer i dostavu doručka u vilu (dodatno se naplaćuje).

Apartman Bella Vista se nalazi na jugoistocnoj strani Hvara, u neposrednoj blizini mora. Najbliza plaza, Pokonji dol, nalazi se na udaljenosti 8 minuta hoda. Odmah ispred kuce su uređene stijene gdje je omoguceno plivanje i suncanje. Terasa je okrenuta prema moru s prelijepim pogledom na more i otoke. Potpuno opremljena kuhinja, prostrana natkrivena terasa i mirno područje izvrsno su riješenje za jedinstven i savršen odmor. Od centra grada udaljen 20 minuta hoda. Besplatan WiFi.

Seaside apartment with a lovely view

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
