The Beach House

Gorgeous beach house with all the comforts of home, situated in a tranquil private beach estate. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

The Villa is luxurious with a typical West Coast layback feel. Best of all is the heated pool. Sit back relax and sip on a G&T, close to the ocean and great views. Best location, 30m to the beach. Couples and families with kids will love it. Beautiful views from all rooms where you can laze all day staring at passing by whales or boats. Pse bring your own wood. Stacking doors open onto a patio with a braai (barbeque) & gorgeous sea views - ideal for alfresco dining.

A cosy & pretty self-catering unit nestled privately at the back of the farm. This cottage has a king size bed, lounge and well-equipped kitchen with a walk-in closet. The private garden has BBQ facilities and a hanging day bed perfect for afternoon naps. There is also a splash pool. Well behaved pets are welcome. 1 pet @R100 per pet.
