Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Liten mysig fiskelänga med strandtomt och hänförande utsikt över havet. Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandcafé som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går precis ovanför huset.

Fyledalen-Nature Reserve and Bird Watcher Paradise

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Stuga i Juleboda/ Österlen intill Maglehem & hav

Inom gångavstånd ligger den vidsträckta vackra stranden som sträcker sig från Stenshuvud till Åhus. Stugan ligger en kort bilfärd från såväl Kivik som Åhus. Från våren 2025 har vi 4st nya fina cyklar i stugan som kan användas av gästerna. Goda fiskemöjligheter finns i närheten i bl.a. Helge Å. Militäranläggningen Ravlunda skjutfält finns en bit bort men den är stängd under hela sommaren och det pågår ingen verksamhet. Under andra perioder kan det höras ljud och smällar från skjutövningar.

Ett fantasktiskt boende precis vid sandstranden på det vackra fiskeläget, Brantevik. Om harmoni och lugn ska placeras på ett ställe så är det här. Här väntar fantastiska promenad- och cykelvägar precis utanför dörren. Tar du dig söderut så får du uppleva det genuina Brantevik som övergår i det vackra "Grönet" som bjuder både på härliga bad vid klipphällar eller lugna, rofyllda promenader längs havet. Tar du dig norrut väntar en härlig gång- och cykelväg till det pittoreska Simrishamn.

Ni kommer att ha enkel tillgång till allt från detta centralt belägna boende. Mysigt allrum med soffa och bakom en halvvägg döljer sig en 120 säng. Rymligt badrum med wc, dusch, vask, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Hårfön och kylskåp. Golvvärme i hela boendet. Kaffe och te står framme och går lätt att fixa med vattenkokaren. Handdukar och sängkläder ingår. Finns möjlighet att bädda i soffan om man tycker det blir för trångt för 2 personer i sängen. Lakan finns i skåpet i badrummet.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.
