The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Studio Retreat offers comfort, privacy, air conditioning and is self-contained. It has a full kitchen and bathroom catering for 2 guests. The property is minutes' walk from the beach, bike track and cafes. The railway station, restaurants, pub and brewery are only a 10 to 15 minutes stroll away. The Annexe is a self contained double glazed free standing double brick cottage with 2 rooms. The property is pet friendly with a large garden which is fully fenced and secure. It has a small outdoor setting at the front of the Annexe and an outdoor entertainment area behind the Annexe with seating which is undercover and houses the BBQ and looks on to the garden.
