It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. The iconic Enmore Theatre is 6 minute walk away. 10 minute walk to Stanmore Station. 16 minutes to Newtown Station. 4 minutes to bus stops that take you to the CBD.
