Open plan kitchen-dining area & lounge, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs plus separate downstairs shower room. Sunny patio area with table and chairs & Weber bbq, perfect for watching the sun go down.

This private garden room is a cosy oasis in the heart of Winchester. Room features an en-suite bathroom, coffee/tea making facilities. The theatre and many of Winchester's best restaurants a short walk away. The train station is a 5 minute walk away and the High Street a 10 minute walk, with Oram's Arbor on your doorstep. Located in my rear garden on a lovely quiet street served by local shops and restaurants at the eastern end and an excellent local pub at the other.

It offers off road parking, 15 minutes from Winchester centre, good size and comfortable double and single bedrooms, with a well equipped kitchen.
