Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. It is 100% renovated, but some work continues on our home. it wont impact you, but so you know. (although the driveway you'll see our materials storage.You walk straight passed that.)
