Nestled above the acclaimed Coffee House on 5th – listed among the top 13 must-visit coffee shops in Mississippi – our 1600 & 1000 sq ft lofts both offer a unique blend of history and luxury. The Latte Loft is our 1600 sq ft spacious loft with 1 king bedroom but an additional day & a Lovesac sectional for additional sleepers. (We also have an air mattress in the unit for your use.)

We are just 13 miles from Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, MS and 15 miles from The W in Columbus, MS. The country setting makes you feel secluded from the hustle and bustle. Relax on the front porch or under the gazebo.

Loft Just Off Cotton

This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner

Columbus Air Force Base is also conveniently nearby. This place is a real find!

Country cozy and well decorated cabin only 2 miles from the MSU campus. it’s brand new furnishings will have you so relaxed and the deer that roam the front and back yard will make you feel like you are much further from town than you really are! One king bed and a queen pullout sofa! We supply coffee pods and creamers as well as hotel bath soaps and paper products. If you bring a pet or service animal, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER IT!!!

There is NO TV at the moment. There’s a fire pit and firewood available for your use. There is also a grill for you.
