A spacious two bedroom apartment with a modern feel situated in the heart of Cardiff with a fully equipped kitchen open plan lounge, large bathroom. A few minutes walk from Cardiff Central train station, the Principality stadium, Utilita Arena and Cardiff Castle. Ideal for shopping, events and business trips. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Work space table and chairs. There is a cosy double bed, sofa, tv and internet . Shower Room and toilet. Near Nicole’s Casa there a working yard that is quiet most of the time occasional movement of vehicles, our family house is opposite the studio.
