You get the whole house & property to yourself. The hot tub is a perfect spot for Stargazing on a clear night !! We have deer and turkeys that visit frequently. A newly built master bedroom overlooks the pond! Our quiet dirt road is Great for riding bikes and going for walks. This is a great spot unwind and recharge !

The John Howland Farm is an iconic 1840s family farm. We follow strict cleaning protocols and only accept whole house reservations. Your party will be the only guests in the farmhouse with suites. The "Butterfly Suite" includes three bedrooms, sitting room with board games, books, and private bath. The "Garden Suite" is fully ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and sitting room. Kitty’s Place is a one room cozy cabin. Here you can relax as a couple of two or with the family. There are four bunk beds with the option of privacy curtains and a queen size pull out couch. On the outside, you can enjoy a hike through the woods, grilling on the deck, or sitting around the fire pit. Another added bonus to the cabin’s location is we are one mile from State Game Lands 140.
