Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

The train/tram station is very close by and 2 bicycles are included. Even Delft / The beach Scheveningen/ Leiden or The mall of The Netherlands are easy to get to.. Geniet van dit monumentale huisje gelegen aan de Vliet, direct naast de brug. Het huisje is het woongedeelte van een voormalige boerderij, jarenlang gebruikt als brugwachters post. De brug wordt nu op afstand bediend, daarmee verloor het huisje haar functie. Nu is het een heerlijke en prachtige plek geworden om te genieten van het leven aan het water.
