Ce logement lumineux, plein Sud, est parfait pour accueillir 4 personnes, il est totalement climatisé, parfait pour été caniculaire D’une superficie de 60m2 bien aménagé. l appartement dispose de deux belles chambres, d’une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, un salon, salle à manger donnant accès directement à la terrasse privée de 40m2.

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
