Welcome to our home - Golden Perch. Ideal for digital nomads, our space offers a private room, living room, kitchen and balcony surrounded by garden. Our internet works great, the interiors are beautiful and the people very nice. We are just 400m to the beach, perfect for twice-daily walks. We have a great balcony with beautiful views, fully equipped kitchen and a shared 25m campus's pool (₹100/person/day). We also provide local bike rentals, taxi and local recommendations post booking.

At the entrance there is a car parking facility and the house has a compound wall with a gate. It is very popular for weddings.
