Set on the first Valla beach street surrounded by homes used for generations by families from Armidale for their year round beach holidays. It's just a gentle downhill stroll to the 5 km long dog friendly beach backed by untouched forest reserve and an equally easy amble up to the cafe with its beautiful coffees and food. Bring your doggie and kids, park the car and relax

Pelican Cottage

Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

Wavebreaker is an upmarket, eco friendly studio apartment with magnificent ocean, headland and mountain views, directly across from Little Beach. There is a comfortable queen size bed, fully self contained with oven, cooktop, microwave, washing machine and dryer in the large, separate bathroom Your private self contained apartment is the downstairs part of our house. You have your own entrance(which faces the ocean and headlands)and is peaceful and quiet. I am only a phone call/text away!

Our place is 6 acres of native forest next to a pristine lake, within easy walking distance of beautiful, uncrowded beaches. We are close to the village of Urunga, and a half-hour drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Enjoy the privacy, views, and the quiet, natural surroundings. We welcome families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This two storey unit has a separate bedroom with ensuite, lounge-room, and private balcony with BBQ provided. This property is not suitable for infants or children.

Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

The cabin has a wrap around verandah and is tucked away from the main house providing privacy, tranquility and an opportunity to enjoy the gardens and the amazing wildlife who we share the property with. Please walk around to enjoy the property during your stay. There are landscaped gardens, an orchard and veggie patch, so help yourself to produce.
