This guesthouse is detached from the main house, comes with garage parking and has all the amenities you need including a wood-burning fire place! Towels, bath tissue, soaps & travel items. AC Window Unit. Kitchen includes pots/pans, dishes, mugs/glasses, coffee pot, toaster & microwave. Paper goods. New appliances/new water heater in 2020. Stairs to the apartment are on the northeast corner of the garage. The beach is steps away with a fire pit, boat house lounge, kayaks, beach toys & bicycles.

The home sits on a wooded three-acre private retreat only about a mile from the village of Elkhart Lake, Road America, and Golf Courses. This unique cabin was built in the 1970's but has been recently renovated with a fun Scandinavian modern flair. Woodside Cottage in the Kettle Moraine forest of East Central Wisconsin offers a quiet private getaway for Road American race fans, golfers or those wanting just to have a break from the city and explore the area. This 2 bedroom guesthouse can host 8, with laundry, full kitchen, living room and outdoor fire pit. Due to family guest allergies, we are pet free. Located 4 miles from gate 4 at Road America and 20 miles from Whistling Straits golf course. WIFI available, but unreliable. 3 cars MAX

Guests must check-in in person. 4 bedroom ranch home with deck and backyard in a pleasant neighborhood with sidewalks. 3 full bathrooms, one with an oversized jacuzzi tub. Large entertaining areas both on the main floor and the fully finished basement with wet bar, wine cellar and waterfall feature. There’s two fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit. This house is not suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 12. No internet. Easy access to I-43 approximately 25 miles to Green Bay or Kohler.
