Herzlich Willkommen, wir freuen uns auf euch! Ein kleines Stück "Zuhause" wartet auf euch. Das App. hat separaten Eingang, Küche, Bad mit Dusche:WC, kleiner Terrasse. Morgens kannst du bei einer Tasse Kaffee Vogelgezwitscher hören oder im nahen Park Joggen, abends beim "Griechen" (150m) den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das App. liegt im Grünen, jedoch nur 15 Min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Zur Messe München sind es 20 Min. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt zum Oktoberfest 15 Min. Autobahn ist 5 Min. entfernt.

Aurora – 2-bedroom apartment in Munich city center

Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! The sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed with a mattress topper. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Vacation home near train to Munich, Therme Erding

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Unsere Souterrain Wohnung in wunderschöner grüner Lage mit bester Anbindung zur Innenstadt, zum Flughafen und zur Messe bietet Platz für 4 bis 5 Personen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über große und gemütliche Betten. Das neue elegante Bad hat eine extra große Dusche. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer haben Fenster, wodurch Frischluft und viel Licht in die Wohnung gelangt.

Ruhige, helle, neu renovierte zwei Zimmer Einliegerwohnung im Einfamilienhaus am Rande von Markt Schwaben direkt im Grünen. Die lichtdurchflutete Erdgeschosswohnung ist ca. 32qm groß und verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten. Außerdem gibt es auf dem Grundstück einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Von der Wohnung sind die Autobahn A94, die Flughafentangente sowie S-Bahn und Zug schnell zu erreichen.

Our beautiful bright 2 room apartment offers enough space for 4 people. The area is in an optimal location with many stores & bars. Supermarkets are within walking distance and also the U2 is in 2 minutes. In addition, the Maxvorstadt is an art area with many museums and sights.

Cosy country house near Munich

This private cosy house in our garden has its own private terrace and everything a little house needs. Only 30 Minutes from Munich centre and 25 to Oktoberfest directly by train. Kids are welcome - extra baby bed no problem (we have 3 kids and love dogs)
