Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

Renoverat källarplan i gammalt hus

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, kaffekokare, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Ett stenkast från havet

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. På Kungsljuset i Beddingestrand bor du bekvämt nära havet. Huset är rymligt med alla bekvämligheter som ska göra att du får en trivsam vistelse. Totalt finns 4 sovrum, kök, vardagsrum, inglasad veranda och stor altan med soldäck i söderläge. Varma dagar tar du badrock och tofflor för att gå ca 100 meter för ett uppfriskande dopp. Från balkongen kan du se havet mellan trädtopparna. Välkommen till Kungsljuset!

Detta lilla mysiga, fräscha boende med tillgång till egen matplats ute x 2 ligger nära stan, skogen och stranden. Närheten till Trelleborgs hamn gör boendet populärt för resande till-och ifrån kontinenten. Egen parkering finns. Stadskärnan med bio, restauranger, padelbanor och butiker ligger en kort promenad bort. Lokalbuss precis utanför tomten. Fr Trbgs centralstation tar du dig snabbt m tåg el buss till bl.a Malmö o Kphmn. 10 min gång till golfbana.

Enjoy the peaceful view of the fields and horses. Take a walk to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Östra Torp. The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor. A private outdoor space for BBQ and sunset hangout.
