The Lighthouse is a thoughtfully designed studio apartment designed in the style of the Grand Marais Lighthouse. It has fantastic natural light from over 30 windows! There is impressive timberframe joinery, an actual lighthouse light that you control, a balcony, and amazing views of the harbor. Built in 2022, it has large windows to enjoy the Lake Superior view, a fireplace, organic mattress and linens, plush rugs and chunky throws. Grab your coffee and walk down to the pebble beach across the road, or hang out on the large cedar deck and watch the waves crash on Five Mile Rock, take a sauna or hike our trail. The Järvi cabin is one of the brand new cabins on the lake at Stay Boreal between Lutsen and Tofte. Featuring full frontal glass overlooking the lake, heated floors, a patio space with a gas firebowl, free level 2 EV charging and even a treehouse sauna. We can't wait to share it with you! This cabin comfortably suits two with a capacity of up to four (1 king bed and 1 murphy style queen bed). It has a smaller, cozy layout.
