Austinmer and the surrounding South Coast villages are plentiful for restaurant and cafe choices, but it is their beaches and rock pools that will leave you wondering if you've found paradise. Our colourful quirky cottage is located North in Bulli and easily accessible to both Thirroul and Bulli villages. The house three bedrooms, operational fireplace renovated full kitchen and bathroom with a bath. Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Minutes from beaches, cafes and boutique bars.

The main road can be noisy at times.
