Áre is house, Rupe is the Cook Islands name of the Pacific pigeon that fly between palm trees and feed on the palms berries. You will see the resident birds swooping and hear their coo as they fly from tree to tree. Set in the foothills of Kavera, Arorangi on the West side of Rarotonga. The studio is a short 3 minute drive to the best beaches and shops.

Toreaiva Beach Hut 91 is a cozy beachfront haven in Vaimaanga overlooking Titikaveka's stunning crystal clear lagoon. The upper level 1-bedroom retreat, with wraparound verandah and breathtaking views, accommodates 2-3 guests. A separate downstairs studio with kitchenette is also now available, offering extra space. Both units feature air-conditioning and Starlink connectivity. Relax in elevated comfort, with a stunning backdrop of the interior mountains, and the sparkling lagoon.

Matutu Beach house - 100m from beach

Across the road from the beach and filled with local art this home is funky, peaceful and welcoming. The second bedroom is on the mezzanine floor and up a gorgeous spiral staircase. During COVID we renovated the old Matutu Brewing factory into this gorgeous light filled home. High ceilings, strategically placed fans and airflow mean the house is always lovely and cool. Fully functional kitchen should you want to prep meals. This home is not suitable for children.

Nikao Hillside Suite - Pool, Views & Free Wifi
