Private steps above the Cayuga Lake shore line nestled perfectly between some of the areas finest wineries/cideries. 7min away from the breath taking falls at Taughannock State Park. The scenic drive down to the Cottage is private and quiet. Once there you will find a beautiful new pavilion with a gorgeous brick fireplace and bbq area. Grandpa's Cottage hosts almost everything needed for your stay. Enjoy the sunrise from the private dock!

Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Private ground floor contains two bedrooms (queen and twin XL beds), bathroom, and family room. Family room has sofa bed, TV, internet, ice machine, kitchenette, bottled water dispenser, and refrigerator. Several steps from Cayuga Lake in the middle of the Cayuga Wine Trail. Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming. A log sided private apartment with patio & beach front on Owasco Lake. We only have one apartment, so privacy is not an issue. The rooms, entry & patio are cleaned and disinfected intensely after each stay. A flat 70 foot walk to the shoreline. Rooms includes full bath with shower, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, ac, heat, 42" flat screen cable tv, free wifi and a beautiful lake view & fantastic sunrises. Linens and towels provided. Housekeeping by request!

The Spencer at Verona Beach

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.

Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
