The property has a great outdoor living space along with a beautiful yard for relaxing. In the spring and summer months when the roses are in bloom, you will feel as if you are in your own personal secret garden. This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.
