The Ponderosa is a unique, renovated 1500+ sq. ft., family cottage. Built around an early 1900s tenant house, in 1966. Walking distance to several restaurants, businesses and seasonal festivals. Kid friendly home. If found more guests stay an additional $ 175 cleaning fee.
