This unit is its own apartment on the upstairs level of a classic victorian house in the historic Lettered Streets neighborhood of Bellingham. It has two bedrooms with brand new queen beds. Two bedroom apartment has a full size fridge and stove, great for longer stays and staying in. But also mere blocks from downtown for those that want to explore the beer scene and all that Bellingham has to offer! This apartment is great for those who want walkability to restaurants and breweries.

Sweet Cozy Guesthouse

Breathe easy in the trees in our lovely little guest space — located on the bottom floor of our house. We're located 5 minutes from some beautiful trailheads for hiking, and 10-15 minutes from Fairhaven and Bellingham for food, shops, etc. A cozy nook to shower, write, reflect, drink some tea or coffee, and get a good rest before your next adventure. California King bed, full kitchen, shower and bathtub, with epsom salts if you want to soak after a long day.

The king bed is ultra comfortable and the studio is perfect for those that want more space and amenities than a hotel room or shared house.

1206 EAST McLeod. Private apt below our home. NO KITCHEN, must be over 25 years to stay in Bellingham. That is Bellingham’s municipal code rules. 2 minutes to I-5. Take Exit 255/WA 542. Near a bus line, Don't feel like going to Canada or Mount Baker tonight? Stay here instead and get an early start in the morning. Quiet but close to everything. We allow dogs for a 20.00 night fee. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN BOOKING IF YOU HAVE A DOG. No cats.

There is a pullout couch directly adjacent to the bathroom that can be made into a full size bed as an alternative or additional sleep surface.
