A large fully functional kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath. Access to grounds and a stones throw from Woodchester mansion national trust land, lakes and walks.

There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

You can expect to be enveloped by nature, wonderfully secluded, and enjoy some utter peace whilst also being within walking distance of a very decent pub and a short drive from a handful of lively Cotswold towns. The house is rustic and quirky and you can walk for hours in the forest and surrounding countryside, directly from the front door.

The Grade II Listed cottage is 300-350 years old with bags of character and authentic charm. It is very comfortable in the snug with its own wood burner and other original features. Go to sleep hearing the owls and wake up to the birds singing. Make breakfast and drink a cup of tea in the garden. There are beautiful walks right on the doorstep including a lake very close by. We quite often see deer from our house.
