Stroll down the tree covered lane to fish from our shoreline, watch river traffic, picnic in the cabin, untie your watercraft from our pier and go travel the river and Lake Koshkonong, play a variety of outdoor games, grill dinner outside and end the day around the firepit. Hosts live in the lower level apartment.

Rustic Lake Home Retreat

Our home is located just across the street from the lake. We have lake access via a private beach everyone in the area uses. We do not have a dock for your use. Make left out of the house to Lake Shore Dr. Then left to walking path located 100 feet up on the right side. When using the beach please be mindful of others who may be using it as well. Use proper etiquette, respect others, leash your dogs, and ensure you clean up the area when you leave. PETS NEGOTIABLE, BY INQUIRY ONLY

Vast Lake Koshkonong Views from Pier, Deck, & Home

Our 3 Bedroom, 12 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkonong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.

The Orchard House at Pied Beauty Farm

In a complex world that makes so many demands your time and attention, the Orchard House is a simple, Nordic-inspired refuge where you can be restored, reconnected, and refreshed. We offer two midweek specials: $1000 for 5 nights, Sunday evening through Friday morning OR 1 day and 1 night with 9 am check-in and check-out. The Orchard House is a private retreat with a wood-fired hot tub set on 30 acres in the Wisconsin countryside, just 20 minutes from Madison.
