Apartment Obala - Apartment 4

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It is on the second floor and it has little terrace. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 20 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

Our apartments all have their own private outside space, a modern functional kitchen, adjustable hotel beds, bathrooms with Moroccan tiles and floors made of French beton ciré. The apartment is in Central Hvar Town, walking distance to the boulevard, beaches, and restaurants, yet away from the noise. Ferry docks are 3 minutes away. Hvar is all about walking; the stairs can be steep, but you'll always be rewarded with great views.

Feel the heartbeat of Dalmatia

Two-floor stone house, with a sleeping room, living room, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen. It was built originally in 1711., it's in the center of Jelsa. It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. It's no more than 100 meters from the sea. A small terrasse, overlooking our garden, is perfect to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.

Villa Humac Hvar

We are delighted to offer one of the most unique accommodations in Croatia, in the abandoned eco-ethno village of Humac. Villa dates back to 1880, and it was completely renovated in 2020. Apartman Kovačević-Vlašić

Spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Hvar, located on the first floor of a family home in a quiet residential area, just a 10-minute walk from the town centre. The apartment features three air-conditioned bedrooms (two double and one single), two bathrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen. The house with the studio apartment is located near the local marina „Bilo Idro“ and on a cliff above the sea. From the outside area of the apartment is a stunning view to the west of the island of Hvar (towards the town of Hvar), to the Red Rocks and the Adriatic sea. The house is surrounded by old pine trees that provide natural shade and refreshment in the hot summer days. The studio apartment has its own entrance and parking, and a separate outside space.

Seaside apartment with a charming view

Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
