Our home sits on half an acre and backs up to a spring fed pond/creek in which you can explore. From there you can follow the path to the lake. There are lots of outdoor areas to relax/play games. River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants.
