Harborside on Main is a lovingly restored, traditional coastal New Englander cottage located on the hillside above beautiful Southwest Harbor, just 1 mile from Quietside Acadia’s best oceanfront hiking trails. Steps outside the maritime village of SW Harbor with semi-private ocean access, seaglass beach, dock, firepit, and a short walk to all village amenities: the town pier, local bars, restaurants with live outdoor music overlooking the marina, & a private charter on a wooden Friendship sloop.

Long Cove Hideaway

Newly upgraded to 2018 RV! Escape the tourist madness of Bar Harbor at your own private tidal cove. Camp with the comforts of home, water, power and Wifi. Outdoor grill, awning and lobster cooker for the complete Maine experience. After a hard day of hiking relax by fire pit. The Schoodic National Scenic Byway is on the far side of Long Cove, and you can hear some traffic noise from outside the RV, but for complete silence check out my other two places by looking at "about me" on my profile.

Little Manahan Two is a SECOND-FLOOR, two-queen bedroom, one bath apartment with a front porch & private entrance on a quiet street. Designated workspace, five-minute walk to hospital, churches, shops, restaurants and YMCA, two-car off-street parking spaces with room to keep bicycles and EV charging. Key access is with a lockbox located next to the front door. Access to the Acadia National Park Loop Rd is nearby. I have a no pet policy. There is a 9% Maine sales tax added through Airbnb.

5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. Tiny House at Wooded Bliss Homestead

On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin daybed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Full kitchen & tiny bathroom with shower too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. The tiny house and meadow are very private on the edge of the property, and just for you. Our family's gazebo, fire pit, hammock, trail & garden are shared with guests.

Saint Edwards Convent, built in 1908 and on the National Register of Historic Places! Come stay in one of the only examples of Jacobethan architecture in the United States! Used to be the museum and has a fully equipped chapel and confessional, with historic stained glass windows and beautiful architectural details! Just underwent complete restoration where every detail was considered! Right in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor and close proximity to dining, shopping, and Acadia National Park!

Welcome to our home in the heart of MDI Bar Harbor. 3 bed 2 1/2bath 3300 sq/ft.Fits 10 comfortably, the 4th sleeping space is the big sun room with a queen sleeper sofa , but can accommodate up to 12 upon request with 2 rollaway beds for extra charge per person. Our house is spacious and cozy. Located conveniently away from the busy town, only a short trip to every location on the island. Small cul-de-sac neighborhood in private setting. 6 people hot tub, sauna , fire pit, swing.

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.

Bungalow with Swimming Cove

The view from the covered porch of this 3-bedroom Bungalow, a bathing house, built in the early 1900s, is an ever exploding fusion of white and black birds taking wing over the island out front with swimming cove nearby. Grandfathered to sit right on the shoreline, the Bungalow is a variation of house with swimming pool, only it's the ocean, not a swimming pool. The view from this house with swimming cove is the reason why you should rent this house.
