This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, seating. Our new property consists of 12 One Room Cabins, 4 two bedroom cabins, Basecamp and an on-site Property Manager.

Your family will enjoy our 1350 sqft home located in a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced backyard. The house is a short drive from the Kenai River and right around the corner from a few restaurants, a local bar, and a grocery store. There is also plenty of parking for a travel trailer or boat.
