Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

Room to park your boat, porch and barbecue grill will fill your appetite and a variety of yard games will entertain the family. Inside, you'll find a queen bed and sofa bed, with a queen air mattress for additional guests. A durable curtain can divide the bedroom from the living room, and a new AC system will keep you cool in the Texas heat. The host lives onsite, providing quick assistance.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Private 2BR Duplex in the Country- 4miles from A&M

Enjoy our captivating two bedroom, two bathroom house off the beaten path. This peaceful haven is just 10 minutes from Texas A&M. Enjoy College Station with your friends and family or spend your getaway surrounded only by the big Texas sky. However you choose to travel, we hope you enjoy your stay in Aggieland. Enjoy the charcoal grill on the back porch, and firepit in the back yard! Coffee K-cups are always on the house, as well as a single courtesy bottle of wine!

Presidential Suite 15 minutes from Texas A&M!

Our most secluded cottage pays homage to George and Barbara Bush and the contributions and impacts they made in their lifetimes. This light and airy cottage is reminiscent of their Walker Point estate in Kennebunkport, Maine. The Poppy and Bar has a queen-sized bed in each of it’s two bedrooms, as well as in the loft. There are two full bathrooms with a soaking tub in one and shower in the other, This unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Looking for a home base for an Aggie Game Weekend or a quick getaway? Ben’s Dairy Barn is the perfect spot! Once a working milking barn on the Schehin Dairy Farm, it has been beautifully restored and transformed. Just under 10 miles from Kyle Field off Wellborn Road (FM 2154), it offers both convenience and privacy. The open-concept living and dining area leads to a cozy master bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a two-person wooden soaking tub.
