The property is split up over three floors, with a bespoke kitchen diner on the ground floor, an open plan living room with window seats, a log burner and a modern tv for relaxing, then the top floor provides the bedroom with large en-suite style bathroom that’s quirkily decorated to offer a truly unique stay.

The Nook at Newalls- luxury shepherd’s hut

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in its own private meadow, enjoying far reaching views of the fells. Choose to hunker down in the hut with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore Kendal and the beautiful Lake District National Park. Step inside and you'll find a snug and cosy retreat with King sized bed, log burner and underfloor heating. Outside, enjoy the dark skies from the patio and the private fire pit area.

The lodge is located in the heart of the Forest of Bowland which boasts stunning scenery, a wide range of activities, great country pubs and tranquility. The lodge itself is open plan but with a private bathroom, the kitchen is also well equipped with modern appliances. After a day exploring the nearby market towns and villages, or even a 10 mile hike in the hills, what better way to end your day than relaxing in the hot tub and soak up the panoramic views across the Bowland fells and beyond.

Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

Lune Valley Lodge

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Aughton is a scenic village situated on the banks of the lune valley leading up to the market Town on Kirby Lonsdale. Walks from the village allow you to saunter along the banks of the river lune or through the picturesque Burton and Lawson woods belonging to the woodlands trust often known as Aughton woods. Aughton also has an beautiful old village church going back to 1864 and a recreation hall and children's play area.

This luxury cottage offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. The detached property is set within the heart of the Claughton Hall Estate and positioned immediately next door to Claughton Hall. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is a 12minute walk, at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

Crown Cottage is a luxury self catering cottage situated in the tranquil village of High Newton in the southern Lake District. The property is ideally situated close to local attractions including the foodie capital of Cartmel and the southern shores of Windermere. Further afield, activities such as fell walking, mountain biking in Grizedale Forest and trips to the towns of Bowness, Ambleside and Grasmere are all easily accessible.

Nestled at the foot of the Howgill Fells on our small family farm, Ellergill pod is the ideal base to explore both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. With its double bed and double sofa bed, it's perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or for a family with up to 2 children. There is a fully equipped kitchenette,  ensuite bathroom, outdoor dining, firepit, bbq, swinging seat and covered outdoor bath ( big enough for 2!)
