The owner’s home is located next door, yet separated by two garage structures, leaving a feeling of seclusion.

Clean and bright bachelor suite located just a 3 minute drive from the Victoria airport, and 10 minutes from Swartz Bay ferry terminal. You can walk from the airport, it is a 2.1 km walk along the paved airport trail. With a second bedroom for the children, you can enjoy Netflix or Prime while they're peacefully slumbering. Located in a safe and family-friendly neighbourhood, you're just a short drive away from beaches, parks, Swartz Bay Ferry, Butchart Gardens and of course, Victoria!

Cliff Top Family Home Over Looking the Ocean

This beautiful home is located on Oxbow Ridge on Pender Island with a breathtaking view over Poets Cove. It offers a landscaped yard with chairs to relax in to admire the views. There is a smaller cottage that tenants live in on site in an adjacent building, they have a dog on site who may pop over to say hi. The main house is the owners personal home and live in it during the year. Please note that we have two private areas that will be closed off to guests in the house.

Newly built 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located 15 minutes north of Victoria and 10 minutes south of Victoria International Airport. There is room for the entire family with 3 full sized bedrooms each with a queen bed. In the kitchen you'll find stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Lots of amenities for families including a PS4, 4K TVs, games and toys for boys and girls as well as a full sized dining room with room for everyone including your pets.

We live on-site with our 7 donkeys, 2 friendly dogs, and chickens. You're welcome to meet them during your stay!
