Our renovated (in June 2023) suite is at the end of a no-through road and is only a 5-10 minute walk into the village to a fabulous, organic craft bakery, artisan shops, restaurants, a museum, a pub, a small grocery/liquor store and a popular ice cream/candy store. Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite located 9.5km from BC Ferries and only 4.5km to Victoria airport (YYJ). We are close to downtown Sidney, a short 15 minute drive to Butchart Gardens and 35 minutes to downtown Victoria. There is a bus on the route, but we are in a rural area and the bus is sporadic. There are plenty of beaches and hiking trails near by as well as the local golf course. Suite is attached to the host home, yet completely private with a separate entrance.

Large deck with outdoor kitchen, dining area, bbq and fire pit. Outdoor shower, full laundry facilities and brand new large dock. Great for groups up to 8, and amazing for families with kids. Beach toys and some water toys as well as life jackets are available for use. Amazing year round accommodation with guaranteed relaxation!

The Surf- Ocean Front-By the Beach- Outdoor Bath

Ocean front West Coast retreat located 40 meters above the surf, bordering China Beach. Enjoy beach fires, forest walks, hiking, mushroom forging and surfing. A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight. Cozy up by the wood fire in this cozy 1 king bed cabin or have a bath in the outdoor tub and enjoy the breathtaking views!

West coast rugged beachfront cabin with easy beach access. 45 minutes from the city. Plenty of kitesurfing, mountain biking, close excellent surfing (Jordon River) and hiking areas. ( west coast trail, Juan de fuca marine trail). Local whale watching area. Winter storm watching or simply reading a book by the fire. A lovely spot for two after a long day of activities. You’ll enjoy quiet sunsets, perhaps the odd storm, relax and recharge.

Coastal Garden Guest Suite

The guest suite features a private entrance with a bed, kitchenette and a bathroom in the first room. A small bodywork studio next to it can be used for more sleeping space, and the den next to it features a woodstove and 2 more sofa beds. There is a covered deck with a BBQ, a fire pit, a hot tub, sauna, and a shower/steam room outside. The yard is very private so you can enjoy yourselves at all hours.

Shawnigan Lake Private Oasis

We are a 15 minute walk from the ever-quaint Shawnigan Village, and Government Dock, where you can take in a scenic walk along our gorgeous lake. Enjoy a soak in your ultra-private, outdoor clawfoot tub/shower and take in the evening stars! Follow it up with a drink by the outdoor fire table and a Netflix marathon in the cozy living room.
