Cozy, spacious and bright 1 bedroom apartment in a historical and traditional neighborhood, in central Lisbon but quiet at the same time. Close to main attractions, public transports and with local commerce, restaurants and bars. Located in the district of Sao Bento, just next to the parliament, it's surrounded by the districts of Bairro Alto and Principe Real, Chiado, Santa Catarina and Bica, Santos and Estrela. All this within walking distance, just depending on the direction you choose to go! At the end of the street you have the mythic tram 28 which travels around the most important areas of interest through the heart of Lisbon and can easily take you to the Castle, Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, across downtown on to the other hills of Lisbon. The apartment has 1 Bedroom with double bed. 1 big open space with lounge area, dining table and kitchen area. 1 bathroom. 2 small balconies and a lot of natural light. Third floor, no elevator. Internet access, CD player and radio, equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels included. Warmly Decorated Loft with an Ocean View

High end loft, comparable to a 5 stars hotel. the complete Loft. Ill make digital tours via whatsapp or other similar app, and i send sugestions and advices every day. 24 h avalible. The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Any special needs, i personaly ill take care.
