Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very walkable, but metro is a block away and heads directly to the core of downtown and the Pike Place Market, with easy connections to the stadiums and the waterfront. Done with the city? Clean and bright studio apartment with self-check in. Space is a renovated basement with private entrance in our 1946 brick home. Magnolia is a quiet neighborhood minutes by car or bus from downtown. Spacious studio sleeps 2 comfortably with a king-size bed. Full sized kitchen with new appliances. The bathroom has a large shower and vanity with loads of space, including a heated towel rack to enhance your spa-like experience. There is free street parking & steps away from the bus line.

Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
