Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house.
