Keep it simple at this centrally-located place in the heart of Seagrove Beach. ChewCasa is located in a gated neighborhood just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will have there own personal parking spot, kitchenette, full bath and closet. Kitchenette features a sink, mini fridge, microwave and brand new Keurig coffee maker. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a twin bunk and a queen blow up mattress. ChewCasa is located on the second floor with private staircase for entry.

You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

It is a first floor unit in Beachwood Villas, which sits directly on scenic Hwy 30A. Condo features a king bed in bedroom, comfortable twin-xl bunk beds with lighting recessed in the living room equipped with USB ports for charging phones and a Full Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
