The lower level is all commercial- restaurants, shoppes, ice cream parlor, boutiques, etc… there's even a Starbucks! We have a deeded beach that is about a 10 min walk (or a very short tram ride) *tram runs March-October* We have a heated pool and a wading pool &hot tub!
